Watch Taaza Khabar teaser – Bhuvan Bam surprises fans in his new avatar.
Bhuvan Bam, an Indian YouTuber and actor, released a teaser for his upcoming debut series ‘Taaza Khabar’ on Thursday. Bhuvan Bam is seen in an action avatar delivering some powerful dialogues in the short teaser, which is completely unexpected for his fans.
About The Teaser
Taking to Instagram, the YouTuber shared the teaser which he captioned, “Ek vardaan ne badal di Vasya ki kahani. Watch Me in a never-before-seen avatar #HotstarSpecials #TaazaKhabar coming soon.#TaazaKhabarOnHotstar #DisneyPlusDay #FirstLook.”
Bhuvan was seen in an action avatar in the 40-second teaser, which surprised his fans because the actor is known for his comedy and watching him do action sequences is a treat. Apart from acting, Bhuvan Bam will make his debut as a producer, co-producing the series through his own production company, ‘BB ki Vines Production.’
Talking about the show, Bhuvan said, “I mark a new milestone in my career with Disney+ Hotstar with a story that is packed with action, emotion, and life’s comedy. My character, Vasya’s story, brings out the ironies of society in a manner that makes you wonder about the ways magic and miracles happen. Also, this new avatar is completely different from all the roles I have taken up.”
The show, directed by Himank Gaur, is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar. The series’ official release date is still unknown. Based on the life of a sanitation worker, the series depicts class-based poverty and the human desire to live a better life in a lighthearted manner.
Talking about the show, Himank Gaur earlier said, “Receiving miraculous powers is a wish every human being harbours whenever faced with hardships. With Taaza Khabar we re-look at the idea of wishful thinking and the consequences it can have if and when granted. Bhuvan Bam brought to this realistic role his own personal flair that I am confident will win over viewers.”
Apart from Bhuvan, the show also stars Shriya Pilgaonkar, JD Chakravarthy, Deven Bhojani, Prathmesh Parab, Nitya Mathur, Shilpa Shukla and Mithilesh Chaturvedi in pivotal roles.
