Ms Marvel Is Now MCU’s Highest Critically-Rated Series On Rotten Tomatoes!

Ms Marvel is an American television series created by  Bisha K. Ali.  It is the seventh TV series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) created by Marvel Studios, imparting continuity to the movies of the franchise. However, the series has been the subject of several discussions. Some of these discussions include its place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the diversity it greatly adds to the beloved franchise and how well it is performing with audiences. Even though the series did not initially perform well, it has won over the viewers.

About Ms Marvel

Currently streaming on Disney+, the series is based on the Marvel Comics featuring the character Kamala Khan / Ms Marvel. It follows Kamala Khan, a 16-year-old fangirl of the Avengers who struggles to fit in until she gains her powers. The series stars Iman Vellani stars as Kamala Khan, with Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Azhar Usman, Rish Shah, Saagar Shaikh, Laurel Marsden, Adaku Ononogbo, Samina Ahmad, Fawad Khan, Arian Moayed, Alysia Reiner, Laith Nakli, Nimra Bucha, Travina Springer, Mehwish Hayat, Farhan Akhtar, and Aramis Knight. The series features several desi songs, including the recent hit Pasoori, AR Rahman’s Oh Nanba, Tere Bina, Ritviz’s Sage, and more. It premiered on June 8, 2022, ran for six episodes, and concluded on July 13.

Relationship With Rotten Tomatoes

Marvel Studios has had a rollercoaster of a relationship with Rotten Tomatoes over the last couple of years. However, by the end of this series, its rating on Rotten Tomatoes has become record-breaking for the MCU. The series recorded a 98% critics rating, becoming the highest in the entire history of Marvel. But, its audience ratings were a little lower, 80%. For comparison, WandaVision currently holds a score of 91%, What If…? Season 1 holds a critic score of 94% and Moon Knight holds a score of 87%
