Famous personalities who’ve quarantined themselves

Many Bollywood / TV / Sports / Political personalities have chosen to self-quarantine themselves. Some have traveled, others have been exposed to those who have traveled and some are just taking precautions. Many celebrities have been very active on social media asking their fans to stay at home to stay safe, however, there are some who have openly announced their quarantine to set an example for their fans.

Here is a small list of such personalities who are truly being role models to their fans and followers.

Bahulbali actor Prabhas has put himself in self-quarantine after recently returning from Georgia. He was in Georgia to complete a film’s shoot and, therefore, decided to keep himself in isolation to keep everyone safe. He tweeted on Saturday “On safely returning from my shoot abroad, in light of increasing risks of COVID-19, I have decided to self-quarantine. Hope you all are also taking the necessary precautions to be safe(sic),”.

Actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and her husband chose to self-quarantine at their Delhi home, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic after their recent travel to London. Sonam’s video with her mother-in-law has gone viral where Sonam is interacting with her through a window.

I am working out at home and catching up on sleep. I am also reading pending scripts and binge-watching the movies I have missed from 2019. There’s so much to do! So, I’m pretty much ready for quarantine time.

Actor Saif Ali Khan is making the most of the quarantine period by spending time with the family. He’s busy gymming at home, reading, cooking and binge-watching. He almost sounds like the guy next door.

Richa Chadha who is also observing self-quarantine is looking forward to get time to read and finish pending writing work. She is also pursuing a dance course online, and gardening and plans to catch up on recent movie releases that she missed watching.

Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Friday said she and her son Dushyant Singh have self-quarantined themselves after a guest they had met in Lucknow was found to be positive for COVID-19. She attended a party where Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor was also present.

Neena Gupta flew to Uttrakhand to self-quarantine herself along with her husband Vivek Mehra in Muketeshwar. The veteran actress shared a picture of herself and husband Vivek Mehra in which her hubby can be seen giving her a head massage.

She captioned this pic as “Husband ko istemal karo na (sic).”

Other than these celebrities many personalities like Amitabh Bachchan, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Kartik Aaryan, etc have self quarantined and have also made several requests to their fans to stay indoors and help the country fight Covid-19
