Sara Ali Khan’s inspiring fat-to-fit transformation after losing 41 pounds

Sara Ali Khan is without a doubt the most talked-about actress in Bollywood right now. At the age of 27, this stunning actress captured everyone’s attention. Sara Ali Khan, who has appeared in numerous films, had to work hard to stay fit. Sara Ali Khan used to weigh 96 kg, and she struggled to lose weight. Sara Ali Khana was actually suffering from PCOS, a hormonal disorder. This is a problem characterized by rapid weight gain, unwanted body hair, and hormonal imbalance. She has lost nearly 41 kg of weight by working extremely hard on her fitness journey, and the actress now weighs 55kg and has a fit and toned body.

How she lost weight?

Sara stated in one of her interviews that when she considered becoming an actress, she knew she would have to lose a lot of weight. Actually, the decision to lose weight was made not only to become an actress but also to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sara struggled to lose weight as a result of her PCOS. But she faced it with patience.

Sara works out on a regular basis and her fitness routine includes a variety of exercises. She believes that varying types of exercise do not lead to boredom. Sara also listens to Bollywood music while running on the treadmill. She also practices pilates, boot camp, and power yoga.

Sara stated ” There were so many different types of classes in that city, from functional training to boxing to cycling. But because I was so overweight at the start, it was more about cardio-heavy workouts like walking, cycling, and hitting the treadmill—so that I could lose the weight before entering the intermediate forms of exercise.” And when she reached her target weight and kick-started her career, it did not mean she put a damper on her strict workout regime.
