Coffee

Let’s be honest: Your brain likes coffee, and science agrees. Coffee has good stuff called antioxidants, especially phenylindane, which protects your brain. Studies show that drinking coffee and caffeinated drinks for a long time may lower the risk of brain issues like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. But, there’s a catch. A study says 1 to 2 cups a day over 3.5 years is great for your brain. But more than 2 cups or suddenly having lots can be not-so-good. So, enjoy your coffee, but not too much – moderation is key for a happy and healthy brain.

Dark Chocolate
