Cocktail Week 2022: Delhi Witnessed A Weekend Full Of High-Spirited Fun
In August 2022, the Cocktail Week Delhi Edition returned with a vengeance. A weekend-long celebration enticed Delhiites with heady drinks, good food, foot-tapping music, therapy shopping, and fun activities. The Cocktail Week Delhi 2022, which took place from August 26 to August 28 in DLF Avenue Saket, was themed around a carnival festival called “Enchanted Jungle.” The high-octane event provided an opportunity to go bar- and restaurant-hopping all under one roof.
About The Cocktail Week
In 2015, India Cocktail Week was conceptualised and incorporated, drawing inspiration from global festivals championing cocktail concoctions amidst festivities; its first edition was held in Delhi NCR, with 150+ bars participating.
Founder of The Cocktail Week, Archit Singhal, shared, “The Cocktail Week Delhi Edition is a perfect chance for City Peeps to raise their cocktail glasses, explore the best bars under one roof and say in unison- Cheers! This time, we bring in a lot of diversity with our partnering brands with a host of experiences, post covid to regain our lives and make special moments with our loved ones over 3 days of festivities.”
The festival was split into six distinct zones. Some popular liquor brands showcased their cocktail experiences in the Bar Experience Zone. In their pop-up bars, Smoke Vodka, Bacardi, Stoli, Amaro, Absolute, Budweiser, Black & White, Scottish Leader, Grants, Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire, Martini, Jagermeister, Jimmy’s Cocktails, Tipsy Tiger, Sepoy, Gunsberg, and others served up unique cocktails.
Burgerama, Burgrill, Francesco Pizzeria, Currynama, Chai Le Lo, Pan Tastic Food, and many more were among the upcoming restaurants and cloud kitchen stalls at Chill Zone. The Music Experience Zone featured a lineup of upcoming Indian rappers, bands, DJ sets, saxophonists, and more. While the majority of the crowd gravitated toward these three areas, those looking for more adventure went to The Activity Zone, which featured face glitter art, hair braiding, a caricature artist, and stone painting. Another major draw was the amusing photo booths. Market Zone provided a wide range of handicrafts and fashion options.
